Reservations 

All reservations made through this website must be accompanied by credit card details. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to your arrival. If management is notified later than this you may be subject 100% of the total accommodation amount charged Cancellation of forward nights after check-in - charge is subject to management discretion No shows 100% charge applies on all bookings Please note: Cancellation on Special Events and Promotional Room Rates/offers - must be discussed with management. A 100% charge may apply.

Arrival and Departure Times 

Check in time is 2 p.m

Check out time is 10 a.m

Later check-out may be available & is Subject to the accommodation availability status on the day of departure.

Please check with reception should you require this facility. 

Additional Persons Policy Additional persons staying in any units which exceeds specified guests in room description may be subject to an additional charge of $20 per person per night. 

Force Majeure Ascot Motor Inn will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Order, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the hotel.

Payments

Payments may be made directly to the ASURE Ascot Motor Inn by the following; Cash, EFTPOS, Visa / Mastercard, American Express, Q Card, Farmers Card, Farmlands Card, CRT, RD1, JCB cards).

The above terms and conditions as set out supersede all previous agreements, arrangements and contracts.

The guest shall be charged the total price if cancelled.
